Shiv supports financial and operational restructuring initiatives, working closely with management teams, lenders, and advisors to help stabilize liquidity and improve performance.
He brings a detail-oriented, analytical approach to turnaround plans, developing liquidity forecasts and financial models that translate complex data into clear insights and support informed decision-making in high-pressure environments.
Prior to joining Paladin, Shiv held roles at Harney Partners and Prairie Capital Advisors.
He earned a B.S. in Economics from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
