Ryan brings a unique perspective shaped by broad experience in turnaround, performance improvement, and advisory roles. With expertise spanning operational improvement, CFO advisory, M&A, and strategic execution, he has partnered with companies across a range of industries and situations to align strategy with execution, improve performance, and create value.

Prior to joining Paladin, Ryan held leadership roles with several leading advisory firms, including Portage Point Partners, Riveron, Protiviti, and Alvarez & Marsal. Throughout his career, he has worked with leadership teams through periods of change, growth, and transition, bringing a practical approach and focus on driving results.

Ryan received his B.A. in Political Science and Economics from the University of Mississippi and completed the Advanced Business Management program at Yale School of Management.
