Biography
Nishant excels in delivering comprehensive research and analysis and developing practical solutions to clients navigating complex problems. He specializes in financial modeling and analysis, including 13-week cash flow to assess immediate liquidity needs and three-statement modeling to evaluate business health for short-term and long-term needs.
Nishant collaborates efficiently with clients, aiming to bridge the gap between analysis and process for stakeholder clarity. He has worked across a range of industries, including representing the First Lien and DIP Lender in a Chapter 11 case for a charter and cargo airline that culminated in the successful asset sale of 28 Boeing 737s and ensuring over $12M in vendor priority and cure claims were paid to maximize recoveries for the restructuring of a hospital network.
Prior to joining Paladin, Nishant was at FTI Consulting, specializing in turnarounds and restructuring.
He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Georgia, Terry College of Business.
