Nick Bednorz
Biography
With a focus on accounting, transactional advisory, risk, and compliance, Nick has assumed several senior executive positions for clients including CFO, CAO, CRO, and Chief Compliance Officer. He has advised clients on best practices, process enhancements, internal control effectiveness, and risk management methodologies. Nick’s experience spans across all areas of the energy industry for both public and private clients.
Previously, Nick served as Chief Risk, Regulatory and Compliance Officer and Director of Internal Audit of Shell Global Trading in London, and Chief Accounting Officer of Shell U.S. Trading. Before that, he had roles in corporate development and group controllership for Quanex Corporation and was a Senior Manager for Deloitte.
Nick earned a BBA in Accounting with Honors from Texas A&M University and is a Board member of Texla Energy and the Center of Entrepreneurship at Texas A&M.
