With nearly 20 years of experience navigating high-stakes situations, Minesh is a trusted advisor to management teams, Board of Directors, and other stakeholders. He delivers strategic solutions in complex financial and operational challenging situations to preserve and create stakeholder value. He excels in collaborating with management teams in developing value, creating strategic plans, managing liquidity in challenging complex situations, and strategic asset sales.
His proven track record includes orchestrating the recapitalization of a power producer through a secured $800M+ facility and $200M+ paydown, executing the $50M sale of an E&P company via a streamlined out-of-court process, and directing the sale of a multi-state energy portfolio that achieved a substantial recovery for secured lenders. Minesh has also supported global restructurings across dozens of jurisdictions, expertly coordinating management teams, creditors, and legal advisors to achieve optimal value-driven outcomes.
His strategic approach combines energy, drive, and deep financial acumen with operational insight, enabling clients to navigate uncertainty while positioning for long-term success. Whether stabilizing distressed operations or maximizing asset values, Minesh delivers results that protect and enhance stakeholder interests.
Prior to joining Paladin, Minesh held senior leadership positions at FTI Consulting, Teneo, and RPA Advisors, building expertise across diverse restructuring environments.
He holds a Master of Business Administration from Rutgers University and a Bachelor of Science in Business from the New Jersey Institute of Technology. He is a Certified Insolvency and Restructuring Advisor.
