Biography

Kathy Russell partners with leadership teams to build strong organizations, develop high-performing teams, and create cultures where people and businesses thrive. She brings a thoughtful, practical approach to aligning people strategy with business objectives, helping companies strengthen organizational effectiveness and navigate periods of growth, change, and transformation.

Throughout her career, Kathy has worked with public and private equity-backed companies across manufacturing, consumer products, and other industries. Her experience spans leadership development, executive coaching, organizational design, talent strategy, workforce planning, and change management, helping organizations build the teams, capabilities, and culture needed to achieve their goals.

Kathy holds a B.S. in Psychology from Dowling College and serves on the Advisory Board for DisruptHR Long Island.
