Julia is an accomplished restructuring and turnaround advisor who specializes in enhancing value for underperforming companies. She excels at managing liquidity, stabilizing operations, developing business plans and addressing complex stakeholder dynamics to execute successful restructurings.
She works across multiple industries focused on company-side engagements and their distinct priorities. Prior to joining Paladin, Julia was a Director at FTI Consulting, collaborating with leadership teams and companies to realign operations, restructure debt, and navigate complex bankruptcy situations. Julia holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Notre Dame.
