Ian Williams
Biography
Ian brings a wealth of international restructuring and insolvency expertise to the Paladin team. Having spent five years at a global firm of accountants and advisors specializing in cross-border restructuring matters, he holds extensive experience in the US, Europe, and offshore jurisdictions.
The first person outside North America to join the executive of The American Bankruptcy Institute (ABI), Ian served two terms as Vice-President and has chaired ABI’s International Insolvency and Restructuring Symposium in Europe since its inception in 2005 to date.
Ian holds an LL.B (Hons) in law from Nottingham Trent University.
