Frank Cottrell
Biography
Frank advises middle market companies facing complex financial and operational inflection points. He partners with management teams, boards, sponsors, and creditors to execute restructuring and transaction initiatives in high pressure environments.
Known for his analytical rigor and collaborative approach, Frank helps teams evaluate liquidity constraints, capital structure challenges, and operational issues, align stakeholders, and drive informed decision making in challenging situations. His experience spans in court and out-of-court restructurings, distressed M&A, and special situation transactions across a range of industries.
Prior to joining Paladin, Frank held roles at Riveron, Harney Partners, and B. Riley.
He earned a B.A. in Economics from the University of Texas at Austin and an M.B.A. from the Jones Graduate School of Business at Rice University.
