Tony has been a trusted advisor to boards of directors, senior leadership teams and stakeholders for over 25 years, developing and implementing strategic and practical solutions to complex challenges. He has led dozens of engagements across numerous industries delivering transformational results.
Tony thrives on challenges with a focus on teamwork and mutual respect; skills he developed during his time as an international oarsman. As a player-coach he builds consensus with all stakeholders to support the accelerated execution of plans for success.
Tony has served in a number of executive roles including CRO, and has led multi-functional teams through development and execution of performance improvement programs for domestic and international clients.
He holds an M.B.A from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania and a B.S.E. from Princeton University. Tony has also authored several articles and often leads panels on the topic of restructuring.
