Andrew impresses clients with his ability to rapidly understand the operational aspects of any business and then find solutions to resolve systemic problems. With more than two decades of formidable technical operational expertise under his belt, Andrew leads Paladin’s Performance Improvement service offering. He is particularly skilled in implementing lean operations and optimizing logistics and supply chains to maximize value and increase returns. Andrew provides operational due diligence and works with numerous clients to drive operational designs, restructurings and exits.
Andrew cut his teeth at the start of his career with strong brands such as American Express and Intel, before consulting for Deloitte and working in house for different manufacturing organizations.
He holds a B.S.E., M.S. and Ph.D. from Arizona State University, and is the Lean Supply Chain Co-Chair for the SME National Conference.
