Adam has more than 25 years of experience in corporate finance and advisory including 15 years focused on highly complex balance sheet restructurings, structured financing and operational transformations. He has spent more than a decade working in Greater China and Southeast Asia.
Adam previously held the role of Director of CFO Services in the Restructuring and Performance Improvement practice at Alvarez & Marsal in Singapore leading transformations, working capital optimization, and debt restructuring engagements across the Asia Pacific region. Adam has also served in multiple executive roles including Treasury, FP&A, Corporate Development and Strategy at Yellow Corporation, Sony Pictures, and Sprint Telecommunications in the US.
Adam holds a MSc. in International Banking, Economics and Finance from Liverpool John Moores University, a B.A. in Statistics and Political Science from Northwestern University, and executive education certificate from Cal-Berkeley Haas School of Business. Adam is also a CFA charterholder.
